and also it just sucks seeing sweet fat friends who are so badass and creative and stylish tell me, every time, like “i dont feel comfortable talking about weight with my skinny friends because its always about them” like people who in every other context are so awesome at telling others what they need but they know if they talk about being fat they will be shut down every time. and THATS what i mean when i say skinny people should be oppressed
the left isnt putting enough effort into making skinny people an oppressed class and thats why we’re failing. this is the key
sorry im on depop (😦) and its um so normal to find things in my size and then the seller makes sure. every time. to say “but dont worry skinny people it looks good oversized!! this shirt is huge so its cute as a dress!!” before considering that a fat person might want it. genuinely so much of the body positive and even body neutral movements were just dedicated to telling skinny people that its ok for them to be insecure too that nobody even once made a skinny person stop and consider the feelings of fat people. normal world
the left isnt putting enough effort into making skinny people an oppressed class and thats why we’re failing. this is the key

do me a favor. if there is ever a form for an event that asks about accessibility needs, always put nearby/accessible bathrooms, even if its not applicable to you. by doing so you ensure that the event will be more swagful and awesome
